How does a pre-order work?

How does a pre-order work?

Information about pre-orders
When you order a pre-order, you order a product that the manufacturer indicates to produce in the near future.
The stated release date is an indication that we receive from the manufacturer.
It is important to know that in some cases this date can be brought forward or delayed, this can vary per manufacturer.

After you have ordered an item from pre-order, we will reserve this pre-order for you at our wholesaler.
In principle, the product will be delivered to us on the specified release date.
If there is a change in the expected release date, we will keep you informed.

Cancelation
When canceling a pre-order, a 15% cancellation fee may be charged.
We cannot always return items that we have pre-ordered to our wholesaler.
